Like any small mechanical item, heavy daily use or excessive force may reduce lifespan over time.

Yes. All Flipp 3D products are printed using PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based bioplastic made from renewable resources like corn starch.

PLA has a lower environmental footprint compared to traditional petroleum plastics, making it one of the more sustainable materials used in modern manufacturing.

We actively reduce waste by:

• Reusing scrap filament for test prints and prototypes
• Optimizing print settings to minimize failed prints
• Recycling materials whenever possible

We do not recommend attempting to separate any parts of your clicker under any circumstances.

As part of our quality standards, we reinforce the connection between the cap and the bottom piece using adhesive to ensure durability and long-term performance. Attempting to force the pieces apart will likely cause permanent damage or breakage.

For best results, please enjoy your clicker as designed — fully assembled.

We aim to ship responsibly while protecting your items.

• Shipping boxes are made from recycled cardboard.
• Packing materials are biodegradable or recyclable whenever possible.
• We avoid excess plastic packaging

Our goal is simple: protect your product without unnecessary waste.

All sales are considered final. However, we stand behind our quality.

You may qualify for a replacement if:

• Your item arrives damaged.
• Your item breaks within 10 days under normal use.

If the exact material or color is unavailable, you may choose:

• Store credit.
• A replacement of equal value.
• Or upgrade to a higher-priced item by paying the difference.

Damage caused by misuse, disassembly, or excessive force does not qualify for replacement.

Approved replacement requests are processed within 15–20 business days.

Unfortunately, no.

While we use high-quality PLA filament, this material is not 100% resistant to drops. Accidental falls are one of the most common causes of breakage we see.

Because this type of damage is considered accidental misuse, it does not qualify for replacement or return coverage.

We strongly recommend handling all Flipp 3D products with care to help extend their lifespan.
